This billboard is popping up (no pun intended) all over the place lately. Must be a new ad campaign. Talk about putting it out there.

Sign says: "Achieve a Grade 4 woodie with Viagra." First, what is a grade 3 woodie? And is that a graphic for a…? Yeah, it's gotta be. It reminds me of the "0 to 60 in under a minute" commercials.
