What We Hear Every Afternoon

(Without the choir in between…):

Rain

Here we go again. With a vengeance! The rain started a little over two weeks ago and has hardly let up. The skies open up around 1pm and the day’s downpour commences. These days, it’s been a steady soaking rain till dark. Sometimes beyond.

Yesterday, Janis threw her back out and is bed-ridden for at least three days. They have a gig tonight at El Boyero in San Antonio de Escazú. So… guess who is the new girl singer in the band? And it’s a geezer band, of course – I fit right in!!!
